Full-Stack Development and Identity Design for Milan Job

For the Milan-Job project, 4sigma was responsible for the complete development of the digital identity and technical infrastructure: from web design to user experience and logo animation, creating a software architecture that integrates frontend and backend components.

At the heart of the system is the profile management area, developed to allow users to apply for jobs and companies to post and manage their open positions completely independently.

The result is a functional ecosystem that simplifies interaction between the two main players in the job market.
