The main plant for the production of vegetable fiber bobbins, located in the town of Lenzing, is fully automated and supported by an advanced handling system based on AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). These vehicles seamlessly connect the fiber production lines with the warehouse areas, passing through laboratories for quality testing, and finally reaching the automatic carton packing stations.
The system interfaces directly with measuring instruments designed and manufactured in-house by the Group, ensuring precise and highly customized control of production parameters. All data relating to the bobbins are transmitted in real time to Level 3 systems, enriched with detailed feedback that allows optimization of both the chemical process and order management.
At the same time, the software fully manages the laboratory schedules, coordinating testing activities and monitoring results to ensure the highest quality standards. The accurate tracking of bobbins, from production to final packaging, guarantees end-to-end traceability and a transparent production flow.

Thanks to this integrated architecture, the plant reduces operating time and costs, increases process reliability, and improves responsiveness to market demands, thereby strengthening the company’s global competitiveness.
