ATOS

Atos is an international group setting new standards of excellence in the field of electrohydraulics. Our software operates on one of the group’s most important plants in Italy.

Our system manages an automated warehouse for storing containers with components used in the production of electrohydraulic products, such as pumps and valves. Production orders are collected from the ERP (Level 3): operators can select them and, through the graphical interface integrated into our software, access and request the necessary containers for the required operations.
These containers are automatically moved on roller conveyors from the warehouse to the workstations, where operators pick the required components and place them on dedicated pallets. The completed pallets are then transferred via AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) to an intermediate warehouse. From there, the materials are sorted and sent to the final assembly lines.

Thanks to this solution, order and material flow management is fully automated, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and optimal support for production processes.
